2021 Covid-19 FAQs

Parrot Island Water Park will be returning to normal park operations for the 2021 season. The 2020 requirements are listed under 2020 Covid-19 FAQs, but will not be in place for 2021. We cannot wait to see everyone back on May 15th! Let's Play!

Season Pass holders also had the option to rollover their 2020 season pass to a 2021 season pass. To qualify for a rollover, the season pass holder cannot use or have used their season pass to enter or purchase tickets in the 2020 season. Pass holders will be required, as normal, to have an updated photo season pass card before allowed entry in 2021. As a reminder, Parrot Island administrative offices are open at the park year round for pass processing. The following form must be completed by 5/14/2021.

Our guest services team will be contacting all guests that completed the form above starting on 05/06/2021. Reminder to qualify for a rollover the pass holder can not have visited in the 2020 season. Season pass visits are attached to your season pass account. Once the above form has been completed, please visit HERE to complete your 2021 pass holding information. All guests visiting the park will complete this form. This form also serves as your waiver to ride the FlowRider! Once this form has been completed we will be able to look up your account. At that point, we will create your season pass account, and all of your information will be stored in our new season pass system. On your first visit to Parrot Island, we will be able to look up your account, take your picture, and print your 2021 season pass card.
