We know you have questions regarding the governor's mandated mask order. At this time Parrot Island has been instructed to follow the directive for pools and water parks. Follow the link below to see that directive from the governors office. This directive is the document Parrot Island has followed all of the 2020 operating season. This page is updated frequently!
Parrot Island Waterpark is open daily. We have been hard at work developing temporary operating procedures that follow the CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and the operation of aquatic areas. Our first priority has always been to provide the safest possible environment for all of our valued guests and staff members. Along with enhanced sanitation procedures, there are a number of new procedures that must be followed to enjoy our facilities this year. NOTE: Do not move furniture. All park furniture has been placed six feet apart, per the Arkansas Department of Health's requirement.
All guests will be required to pre-purchase date specific tickets PRIOR to entry into the park, including SEASON PASS HOLDERS.
Season pass holders will need to reserve the date they would like to visit by following this procedure:
NON SEASON PASS HOLDERS
NOTE: Guests needing to purchase tickets that are not available online can purchase at the ticket window. Purchase the rest of your tickets online for guaranteed admission. Guest with online orders will be able to add items that are not available online at the ticket window on the day of their visit.
Upon arrival you will be greeted by a Parrot Island team member who will explain the arrival and park entry process. They will also provide you a handout flyer for reference. Click here for park hours.
If a season pass holder does not feel comfortable visiting this season then a one time transfer for the 2020 season will be preformed. The following form must completed.
Season Pass holders also have the option to rollover their season pass to a 2021 season pass. To qualify for a rollover, the season pass holder cannot use or have used their season pass to enter or purchase tickets in the 2020 season. Pass holders will be required, as normal, to have an updated photo season pass card before allowed entry in 2021. As a reminder Parrot Island administrative offices are open at the park year round for pass processing.
